4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional) 2 T. sugar 1 1/2 T. vinegar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. salad dressing 1 grated carrot 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 T. snipped parsley (optional) Combine vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and add to vegetables. Mix well. Makes 6 servings.
