3 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 1/2 T. poppy seeds 2 eggs Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk oil, milk, eggs and extract in another bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix until evenly moistened. Stir in the poppy seed. Pour batter into muffin papers and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
